Hi Amy,

I had to look up what jailbreaking meant. I guess I'm old school -- I love reading -- but my kindle sits in my desk. To be used when I travel, then I have to review -- all over again -- how to download books. Pat

I prefer the experience of reading paper books, but there's no way I could have as many paper books as I do ebooks. I got rid of most of my paper books when I moved to Japan. I only buy them when I feel like it's important to have the physical book, which is rare, and I try to buy them used to have less impact on the environment. I have two kindles, both really old, but nowadays, there are lots and lots of different types of ereaders out there (some with bigger screens and in color). I think some of them probably offer a really nice reading experience.

I think it's good to know your options, but I also think there's something to be said for doing what's works best for you, too, even if it is paper.
